RanLife has access to many different mortgage programs that not every lender has. We have partnerships with the 3 big government sponsored entities, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae. This means that if there is a way to get our client a mortgage we will do it. It also means that once we have closed on your mortgage, Ranlife will actually be the one sending you the mortgage statement each month. Your mortgage officers name that you worked with will be on that statement and they will be able to answer many questions for you EVEN after you have got your mortgage. We will not forget about you.
